My love for teaching began with my mother, who opened her own preschool when I was young. She wanted to create a schedule that worked around raising her children while also creating a place where she could share her love of learning with others. Growing up alongside her preschool, I was able to see firsthand the joy that comes from teaching and the difference a caring educator can make in a child’s life. Watching my mother build something of her own while being there for her children inspired me to follow a similar path.

 

That inspiration eventually led me to create Level Up Learning. I wanted to build a tutoring program where students are seen as individuals, not just by their grade level or test scores. Every student learns differently, and I believe the best teaching begins with understanding who they are, what they need, and how they learn best. Level Up Learning allows me to combine my love for teaching with the values my mother instilled in me, creating a place where students can build their skills, confidence, and love for learning.
