We currently offer in-person tutoring only. We’ve found that students make the most progress and stay most engaged when working face-to-face with their tutor, allowing for more personalized support and immediate feedback.

Yes! If there are available slots, you can change your session to a different time. For cancellations, we operate on a one-month contract. If you choose to terminate your contract, we ask that you provide one month’s notice. During that time, you can either continue tutoring for the remaining four weeks or pay the remainder of the contract in full.

Yes, we follow the Weber School District curriculum to ensure your student stays aligned with what they’re learning in the classroom and continues to make meaningful progress.

We measure progress by tracking your student’s improvement in their test scores and monitoring their growth during tutoring sessions. This helps us adjust instruction as needed and celebrate their achievements along the way.

And we do all of this while keeping our services affordable for families.

We take safety seriously. Our doors remain locked during tutoring sessions, and we have cameras in every space for added security. We’ve also ensured the parking lot is well-lit to keep students and families safe when arriving or leaving.

The timeline for improvement depends on each student’s starting point, how far behind they may be, and their consistency with tutoring. Generally, we expect to see noticeable progress within about three months of regular sessions.

If your student isn’t making progress, let your tutor know immediately. We can adjust the lessons or increase tutoring sessions as needed, and then monitor for improvement over the following weeks to ensure your student stays on track.
